  • What are your business hours?

    Our normal working hours are 8.00am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday, but the customer and project take priorety and our working times are flexible to an extent.

  • What areas do you cover?

    We cover the whole of Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, working in all major towns, Mildenhall, Newmarket, Bury st Edmunds, Thetford, Kings Lynn, Ely and Cambridge.

  • Do you do emergency call outs?

    Yes, if unfortunately you have an emergency that requires our services please call at a reasonable time and we will do our very best to help you in your situation.

  • How do I make payment?

    You can make a payment directly into our bank account either in person or a BAC's transfer online and of course we also take cash.

  • Where is your main office?

    Our main office is based in the Heart of East Anglia in Mildenhall, Suffolk.
